Meet The Team 

Carly Wilde

Founder

Her career began in New York, where she served as Event Coordinator and Deputy Art Director for Social Life Magazine, a luxury publication in the Hamptons. In that role, Carly produced more than twenty events celebrating cover launches for A-list talent—experiences that required both creative fluency and flawless execution in highly visible environments.

She went on to work alongside one of the most respected names in the industry, joining Colin Cowie’s team and contributing to events produced for high-profile clients across entertainment, fashion, and media. This early foundation shaped Carly’s approach: composed under pressure, deeply organized, and attentive to the smallest details that elevate an experience.

Carly’s work has been featured across national television and media, including TLC, HGTV, Bravo, and E!, and she has partnered with fashion and lifestyle brands to produce runway shows and launch events with a strong editorial point of view.

Since returning to Colorado, Carly has produced more than 1,000 weddings and events, working at some of the most iconic properties throughout the Rocky Mountains and Front Range. Her experience spans luxury resorts, private estates, and destination venues, each requiring a nuanced understanding of place, logistics, and guest experience.

Known for her calm leadership and intuitive understanding of how events unfold in real time, Carly leads every project with clarity, care, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Clients trust her not only for her depth of experience but for her ability to make complex celebrations feel effortless, allowing the moment itself to take center stage.

With over fifteen years of experience, her work reflects a distinctly editorial sensibility where design, setting, and experience are layered thoughtfully to feel both elevated and deeply personal. Emily’s career includes distinguished roles with internationally acclaimed event design firms such as Jeff Leatham Design, Todd Events, and Kristin Banta Events, producing exceptional experiences across the U.S. and abroad.

She has collaborated with global luxury brands, five-star hotel properties, Fortune 500 companies, and high-profile clientele, including Oprah, Beyoncé, Adele, Elton John, Sofia Vergara, and the Kardashian family. In 2018, Emily founded STEMS Floral & Event Design in Beverly Hills, a studio recognized for its refined aesthetic and meticulous execution, including collaborations with industry leaders like Mindy Weiss.

Now based in Denver and working internationally, Emily’s work has been featured in PEOPLE, BRIDES, Grace Ormonde, Southern California Bride, and The Knot. With a discerning eye and an assured, grounded approach, she partners closely with clients to design destination weddings that feel timeless, modern, and quietly exceptional.

Emily is a destination wedding producer and event designer known for creating exquisitely curated celebrations defined by artistry, intention, and impeccable detail.

LINDSAY ROBERTS 

Principal Event Producer

A Colorado native with over eleven years in the event industry, Lindsay brings a grounded sensibility and editorial eye to every project, considering design, logistics, and guest experience as an integrated whole. Her work spans both domestic and international destinations, with events produced in Italy, Cannes, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and throughout the Mountain West.

Lindsay has partnered with a range of professional clients, including Google, Spotify, and Sephora, producing events that balance brand integrity with elevated design and flawless production. Her weddings and events have been featured in local and national publications.

Known for her calm leadership and intuitive sense of flow, Lindsay collaborates closely with clients to translate vision into experience, resulting in celebrations that feel modern, composed, and effortless.

Lindsay Roberts is a principal event planner and designer known for creating thoughtfully curated celebrations defined by clarity of vision, refined detail, and seamless execution.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Sara Copeland is an international event planner bringing a wealth of global expertise to every project. Highly detail-oriented and deeply passionate about her craft, Sara has successfully orchestrated events across four different countries. Her portfolio spans incredibly unique and demanding environments, from luxury superyachts to snowy ski mountains. For Sara, event planning isn't just a job—it's a true passion that shines through in every flawless detail.

Sara Copeland is an experienced event professional with a passion for creating memorable weddings and celebrations.
